10/07/2019 Jim was here to service my carrier infinity heat pump and mini-split system. He took his time to do everything right. He explained what was done. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding a smart thermostat and which one would be compatible to my system. I love the way all of your techs handle my system, especially Jim. He cared about doing the right thing and with some companies it’s the last thing they think about. I know why I will always use Conway Air & will recommend you.

05/31/2019 I have been a customer for quite a few years. I cannot overstate my support and recommendation for the fine group of people here ! From the ladies that answer the phones to the techs the installers and system design guys. Even Ryan and Rusty are never to busy to take time to speak to you. Honest, on time, always gives you a call when they are on the way and do what they say they are going to. A big THANKS to Rex for coming out today and listening to my issues.

I could not be happier with the work that Conway Air Conditioning completed on our home. They completely replaced the duct work in our home. They were prompt, efficient, did very high quality work and went above and beyond to make our experience an excellent one. Joey and his team of experts were all we could have hoped for. We have been impressed with Conway Air Conditioning from the first time we met with the service people five years ago. We were looking to replace our heating and air units, and they spent a few hours explaining our needs and how they could fulfill those needs. Anytime we have a question, they respond immediately. This most recent service was a problem with the blower. Josh was very efficient and knowledgeable, and kind. We would highly recommend Conway Air Conditioning for any heating and cooling needs!!read more

Great company with great employees. Changed out our heat pump/air conditioner, and we are thrilled that we chose Conway Air Conditioning. They had a very good price, offered top notch equipment (Carrier brand), and their people, from Andrew, who came to estimate the job (and who returned an email within ten minutes that I sent him at 7:30 at night while he was in Orlando on vacation with his family), to the install crew, Jonathan (foreman), Seth and Matt who worked straight through for almost 12 hours to get the job done right, to the tech (not sure of name) who installed the new thermostats then asked if I would mind if he trimmed the shrubs around the new outside unit to give it more air space, all are top notch. Each and every one of them are outstanding employees. When you hear young guys saying they've been with Conway Air for 8 years, another one 7 years, you know the company is doing something right to get such loyalty. I would recommend the company, and their employees, to anyone.read more

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. We have a contract with another company who came out three times, supposedly fixed it but knew next to nothing about our HVAC issue. After two ceiling repairs, we took a neighbor's advice and called Conway AC. Josh came right out, explained the issue to us, complete with pictures and professional knowledge. I am now confident this issue is resolved and would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat!read more

First time I have used Conway Air Conditioning and was very pleased with their response and professionalism. Jim P. was the tech that came to my home, evaluated my system and determined/explained his findings. He gave me two options to make repairs, and I picked the one that best suited my needs long term. Due to his response, knowledge, professional approach and the thoroughness of his work, I decided that I would enter into a contract with Conway Air Conditioning for maintenance on both of my HVAC systems for the next year. I expect the results of their future service will allow me to extend the maintenance contract with them longer term. I am very please with my experience with this company including the office personnel I talked with, and the scheduling they provided. I would recommend this company to others to use for experienced and ethical personnel and work practices.read more

Noah was a bit late but called me twice to keep me appraised of the situation which I appreciated. After he arrived he explained everything that my service would entail. He then let me know the condition of my unit when he was done. All in all I thought he did an excellent job. I would also like to mention how polite he was to everyone. Conway Air was recommended to me by a friend and was not disappointed. I was called back the same day and was given an appointment with Lloyd. He was prompt and wrote up the quote while still at my home. He also wanted to give me the name of an electrician but it was at his office. He called me the next day with the number.
